How does the loyalty club work?
It’s easy. Simply present your card to your server before you order and you’ll receive 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding tax and tip). Once you’ve completed your online profile, every time you reach an increment of 400, we’ll put $25 on your card that you can redeem anytime you wish. Plus, you’ll receive $20 off your first meal in the month of your birthday, invites to exclusive events, and more!
What do I do if I lost my membership card?
No worries! Simply email our helpful marketing coordinator with your name, address, birth date and preferred email address and she’ll get another one out to you toot sweet!
How do I get points for my visit if I forgot to present my card to the server?
Mail or fax a copy of your receipt with your name, membership

Can I earn points when someone else at my table pays the bill?
FGReward points are earned only on the portion of the bill paid for by a member.
Can two members from the same household be members?
Yes, but only one person may be assigned per card.
Do I get points for dollars spent with Bold American Events?
Money spent on catering and/or design are not eligible for
Do I earn points for group or private dining events?
Yes, as long as you are a member before the event and you’ve notified your sales person prior to signing your contract.
Do my points expire?
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will have points and rewards cleared.
Do I earn points for tax and gratuity?
Points are NOT rewarded on tax and gratuity.
