South City Kitchen Midtown will serve:
- Shrimp and Crawfish Beignet fennel remoulade, sweet corn salad (created by Chef Buchanan of Lure)
Lure will serve:
- Fried Oysters charred corn puree, lady pea vinaigrette, crispy pork belly (created by Chef Spotkill of South City Kitchen Midtown)
Ecco will serve:
- Arctic Char Crudo heirloom tomatoes, caper berries, Calabrian chiles, cucumber gazpacho water (created by Chef Clevenger of Alma Cocina)
Alma Cocina will serve:
- Grilled Veal Skirt Steak roasted heirloom squash, poblano peppers and charred scallions, espelette oil, pipian (created by Chef Banda of Ecco)
La Tavola will serve:
- Smoked Braciole southern greens, crimini mushroom, Thomasville tomme, red onion chow-chow, red sauce (created by Chef McGrath of South City Kitchen Vinings)
South City Kitchen Vinings will serve:
